A “Caringcompany” serves the elderly in our community

The "Hong Kong Elderly Hotline" is set up and operated by Hong Kong Safety Services Association Ltd (HKSSA). As HKSSA is an organization providing 24-hour emergency assistance services to the elderly, it wants to exert its utmost to serve the elderly in our community by operating a free information platform for them.

HKSSA has recruited more than 1,000 "Caring Shops" all over Hong Kong who offer discount on products and services in clothing, food & beverage, accommodation and transportation to the elderly. All the elderly holding Safety Alarm cards are entitled to enjoy preferential price in any Caring Shop.

"Hong Kong Elderly Hotline" reserves the right to terminate any membership. In the event of any disputes, "Hong Kong Elderly Hotline" shall be the final arbiter and has the final decision and interpretation regarding the terms and conditions of the service.

"Hong Kong Elderly Hotline" has the right to refuse rendering services to any individual member with decent reasons.

"Hong Kong Elderly Hotline" only serves as an information platform, the "Hong Kong Elderly Hotline" cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information provided.

-For the terms and conditions applicable to members, the announcement in HKSSA website shall always prevail.

“Elderly Hotline” Application Requirement

Hong Kong residents aged 60 or above are eligible to apply.

*The HKSSA offers free elderly hotline services in support of social service in our community.
